Clothing & Handmade Items.

How to order -

For handmade items select the item / style that you require from the 'Clothing and Accessories' section in the shop and then select the fabric from the 'fabric' page. You can then order the item in the fabric that you have chosen through the drop down menus of the items in the shop, there is also a section for any additional comments you have.

These items are made to order, I try to make these in as short a lead-time as possible but at times the leadtime may be longer. I am always happy to discuss this with you before you place an order.

If you require a made to order item for a specific date, please advise this on the additional comments section or message me before placing the order and i will do my very best to meet this date.

If you are unsure of which size to order, please contact me as we can discuss and I will help advise which size is best but my sizes tend to be on the more generous side.

Postage costs - 

  • 1st class signed for allow 1-3 days for delivery £3.00
  • Next day guaranteed by 1pm must be ordered by 1pm £8.00 (only to be used on ready to post items)

Fabric 

Fabric can not currently be ordered through the shop. If you see a fabric that you wish to order, please message me with the fabric brand, title and size. After confirmation over messages i will email you an invoice. All payments must be made within 48hrs to secure the fabric. 

Fabric items will be posted out to you within 2 working days by 1st class post.

Postage costs - 

  • upto 3 Metres - £2.00
  • 3+ Metres -£3.50

Returns & Exchanges

I personally ensure that these items are sent in a perfect condition, but if for any reason you are not happy with the item, please contact me as soon as possible and i will arrange a replacement or an exchange. Any return, exchange or replacement must be agreed. Refunds will only be given if the item is faulty or not as described. Any item being returned to me must be pre-arrannged and within 7 days and items must be returned to me in a perfect and unused condition, and in original packaging. I must be notified within 7 days of receipt. The cost of the original shipping will also not be refunded.

If for any reason the item sent is not correct and this is the responsibility of Lily & Lola then a full refund will be given.

It is recommended that any returned items are sent by signed for delivery the cost of return shipping will be at the customers expense.
